For a truly great guy
Rhiana`s eulogy at mass
Almost 15 years ago both my parents brought home a beautiful baby boy. They named him Nicholas, and then I consider myself very lucky that you were born to be my brother.
As we were growing up, we played, we fought talked and laughed. Mum and dad always did their best for us. Mummy cooked, prepared lunch for school and always kept the house clean and in good order. Dad worked hard for all the family so every year we could go for a hoiliday, and they both gave us good education. Years passed, Nick you were growing up and still aiming to do the best you can. You played football, basketball and all sort of sports, joined two youth centers and enjoyed meeting people.
Nick through difficult times we emerged together as one protecting each other. I relied on you for so many things, for happiness, for advice, for listening to my voice and helping me with my teenage troubles. When I bought my car we even went shopping together and did everything to please you .Nick you used to make me laugh when we went around with my car. You would put on your baseball cap and sunglasses and ask me to open the sunroof and the windows and you used to bring your favorite music R.Kelly and lay back and imagine that everyone was watching you.
Then came your great new hairstyle, so mum took you to a well known hairdresser and there you are.....gel, mousse and spray for your styled hair and great spectacles that made you look real cool !!!
Once ..while reading the newspaper you saw an application for studying to became a pilot and there you went every Saturday morning for your lesson and later coming back home playing with your playstaion.
Friday evening 18th February you went to Paceville treating yourself after your half yearly exams. At around eleven we were waiting for you infront of the bowling alley. As time was up I saw you coming down the stairs walking towards my car with that great walk of yours. You got into the back seat and we drove back home.
I could never imagine that that was the last day I could see you and hear your voice.
The next day you woke up and left home for your usual lesson and took a great flight to HEAVEN. Your tragic loss will be never forgoten by the whole family because you did unit our family together.
Please look down on us all as well. You were really a great guy and now you are also our ANGEL
Love you always Your loving sister Rhiana xxxx
